Chief Brand Salmon with Brown Sugar & Mustard Glaze

  • 8 Salmon Fillets 6 oz. each
  • 3 tbsp Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tbsp Chief Brand Seasoned Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Chief Brand Seafood Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Chief Brand Garlic and Parsley
  • 1 tbsp Chief Brand Ginger Powder
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Chief Brand Salt & Black Pepper to taste


  • On the side burner, melt the brown sugar, honey and butter in a small sauté pan over medium-high heat. Remove from the heat and whisk in the mustard oil, Chief Brand Seasoned Soy Sauce, olive oil and Chief Brand Ginger Powder. Let cool.
  • Preheat grill to medium heat. Brush salmon with vegetable oil and season with Chief Brand Salt and Pepper to taste. Place the salmon skin side down on the grill. Coat the flesh of the salmon fillets with the brown sugar mixture. Grill for 6-8 minutes until medium done, turning once after 5-6 minutes.
