In a medium mixing bowl, add the drained tuna followed by all other seasonings.
Mix through to incorporate evenly.
Lay your wonton skins on a clean cutting board, and place ½ Tsp of the tuna mixture in the middle of each skin. Place a cube of the mozzarella cheese on top the tuna mixture.
Dip a pastry brush in a little water and wet the edges of the skin. Gently fold the square wrapper into a triangle, making sure the edges are securely closed and there are no air pockets inside. Dampen the two bottom corners of the longest side of the triangle and gently bring them together, pressing lightly to secure.
Heat your oil to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit, and gently place the tuna –cheese wontons in to fry. They should take 35 seconds on each side and then remove and place on paper napkins to cool.
Continue frying all, then assemble them on a platter and pour out a small ramekin filled with the Chief Brand Lime and Pepper Sauce and serve this as your tasty and infectious dip for your wontons.
