Chief Brand Tandoori Chicken Wings with Cilantro Avocado Dip

Ingredients
  

Tandoori Wings

  • 8 Chicken Wings cut into halves
  • 3/4 tbsp Chief Brand Salt
  • 3/4 tbsp Chief Brand Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp Chief Brand Smoked Paprika optional
  • 2-3 tbsp Chief Brand Tandoori Massala Spice Mix
  • 3/4 cup Natural Yogurt

Cilantro Avocado Yogurt Dip

  • 3/4 cup Natural Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Ripe Avocado diced
  • 2 tbsp Chief Brand Parsley
  • 3 tbsp Orange Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp Chief Brand Salt
  • 1 tsp Chief Brand Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F
  • In a medium mixing bowl, add your chicken wing halves. Season with salt, black pepper and rub thoroughly over the wings. Add the Chief Brand Tandoori Spice Mix and liberally massage onto chicken. Finally add the yogurt and mix to combine throughout.
  • Grease a baking sheet tray with oil and place chicken wings onto the tray. Bake for approximately 35-40 minutes or until cooked.
  • To make the dipping sauce, place all ingredients into a blender and pulverize until smooth. Adjust the taste with more or less salt to your liking. Pour sauce into a bowl and keep refrigerated until ready for use.
  • When wings are done, place them onto a platter and either drizzle the sauce on top of the wings or place into a dipping bowl.
  • Serve and enjoy.
