Make the dough by combining 2 cups flour with yeast, sugar and salt. Add oil and water, knead to a soft dough, add a little more flour to make a smooth, pliable dough. (Pro tip - knead into pizza dough 1 1/2 tbsp of Chief Brand Garlic and Parsley.) Cover and let rest for about 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a large pizza pan, divide dough into 2 pieces. Combine tomato sauce with 1 tsp Chief Brand Pizza Seasoning, set aside.
Roll each piece of dough into an 11 inch circle, dimple dough and place onto pizza pan. Combine garlic with oil and spread onto dough, spread tomato sauce and top with vegetable and pineapple. Sprinkle on pizza seasoning and grated cheese.
Cook until cheese is melted and pizza is light brown around the edges, 20 to 25 minutes.
