Tandoori Cauliflower Veggie Steaks

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cauliflower leaves removed
  • 3/4 cup Natural Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Chief Brand Tandoori Massala
  • 1 tsp Chief Brand Cardamom Essence
  • 1/4 tsp Chief Brand All-Purpose Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Shadon Beni minced

Instructions
 

  • Place cauliflower stem-side-up on a cutting board. Slicing downward, cut three 1/2-in. thick "steaks" from the centre of the cauliflower. Cut each cauliflower steak in half lengthwise. (Set aside remaining cauliflower for another use.)
  • In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori spice, cardamom essence, all purpose seasoning & shadon beni. Rub yogurt mixture on all sides of cauliflower steaks.
  • Place cauliflower steaks on greased grill preheated to medium-high. Close lid and grill until golden brown and tender, 5-6 minutes per side.
  • Enjoy Tandoori Steak with Biryani Rice, or simply in Soft Naan Bread.
