Season wings with spices and Green Seasoning and let sit to marinate for 1 hour.
Meanwhile, make the batter by mixing the rice flour, cornstarch, and water and whisking until combined. Set aside.
Preheat oil to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit. Dip seasoned wings into the batter, and place in hot oil to deep fry 5 or 6 pieces at a time.
Do not over-crowd the hot oil when frying. Let fry for 5 to 6 minutes then remove and place on napkins to drain.
Make the sauce by placing the saucepan over medium to high heat and adding in the butter followed by the minced garlic.
Let sweat for 1 minute then add in the rest of the ingredients and bring to a simmer. After 2 – 3 minutes, the sauce should slightly thicken and come together.
Remove from heat and place in the fried wings and toss in the sauce. Serve and enjoy!
