Orange Carrot & Pumpkin Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Carrots medium
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 tsp Chief Brand Ginger Powder
  • 1/2 Mango medium, cubed
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Chief Brand Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Chief Brand Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Chief Brand Ground Clove
  • 1/2 tsp Chief Brand Orange Essence
  • 3/4 tsp Chief Brand Pistachio Essense
  • 2 cups Coconut Milk

Instructions
 

To make pumpkin puree

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Cut pumpkin into halves.
  • Remove the seeds with a spoon
  • Put them faced down on a lined baking tray
  • Roast in the oven for about 45mins
  • Scoop out the flesh. Let cool and store in fridge or freezer

For the smoothie

  • Put everything in a blender or Nutri-bullet
  • Blend for about 35-seconds until you reach a creamy and thick smoothie
  • Garnish with whipped cream and crushed pumpkin seeds.
