Preheat Oven to 450 Degrees Fahrenheit.
Ensure steak is at room temperature.
Place a large iron skillet or Iron Sauté Pan over high heat on stove. With a napkin, pat steak dry and place on a cutting board. Season generously with Chief Steak Seasoning, rub on both sides of the steak by massaging well on the surface.
Add your coconut oil to the hot pan and when it starts to smoke, place the steak in. Reduce heat slightly and cook steak until browned about 2 minutes on each side.
Add the butter to the pan and transfer skillet to the oven and cook for an additional 6 to 8 minutes. Use an internal thermometer probe, to ensure 135 degrees Fahrenheit internal temperature is achieved. Remove from oven and place steak on a cutting board and allow it to rest for 8 minutes. Then serve with Mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables.
