Marinate the Chicken:
- In a bowl, combine Chief Meat Marinade Chief Teriyaki Sauce, Chief Garlic Soy Sauce, olive oil, honey (if using), minced garlic, and ginger. Mix well.
- Place the chicken breasts in the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours for more flavour).
Cook the Chicken:
- Preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and caramelized.
- Once done, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing into thin strips.
Assemble the Wraps:
- Lay out each tortilla on a flat surface.
- Place a generous amount of shredded lettuce in the centre, followed by shredded carrots, red cabbage, cucumber, and cilantro.
- Top with slices of the teriyaki chicken.
- Drizzle with Sweet Chili Sauce if desired, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Wrap it Up:
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom. Secure with a toothpick if necessary.
- Cut the wrap in half for easy eating.
