Cook the Potatoes and Corn:
- Add the baby potatoes to the pot and cook for 10 minutes.
- Then add the corn halves and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
Add the Seafood:
- Carefully add the crab legs, mussels, clams, and sausage (if using) to the pot.
- Allow them to cook for 5-7 minutes, until the mussels and clams open up and the crab legs turn bright red.
- Finally, add the shrimp and cook for 3-5 minutes, until they turn pink and are fully cooked.
Prepare the Butter Sauce:
- In a small saucepan, melt the Chief Butter over low heat.
- Stir in additional Chief Garlic Powder and Chief Parsley for a fragrant, flavorful butter sauce.
Serve the Seafood Boil:
- Drain the seafood and vegetables from the pot and spread them out on a large serving tray or directly onto a newspaper-covered table for a casual, communal eating experience.
- Drizzle the melted butter sauce over the seafood and vegetables.
- Garnish with extra lemon wedges and parsley.
