Roasted Garlic & Parsley Potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 15 Potatoes, about golf ball size
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Chief Brand Garlic & Parsley Blend

Instructions
 

  • Cut the potatoes in half (you can do ahead of time and just keep them in water to prevent browning)
  • Blanch the potatoes in hot water until they are just starting to turn tender.
  • Drain the potatoes and pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees. 
  • Place potatoes into a roasting dish. Mix the olive oil with the Garlic & Parsley Blend then pour atop the potatoes and toss to coat.
  • Place Potatoes into the oven and roast for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Test the potatoes with a knife to ensure they are tender; remove from the oven and let cool.
  • Enjoy roasted potatoes with steak or even as a BBQ accompaniment.
