Cut the potatoes in half (you can do ahead of time and just keep them in water to prevent browning)
Blanch the potatoes in hot water until they are just starting to turn tender.
Drain the potatoes and pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees.
Place potatoes into a roasting dish. Mix the olive oil with the Garlic & Parsley Blend then pour atop the potatoes and toss to coat.
Place Potatoes into the oven and roast for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
Test the potatoes with a knife to ensure they are tender; remove from the oven and let cool.
Enjoy roasted potatoes with steak or even as a BBQ accompaniment.
